Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is significantly different from its description

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Personal care products

  • Innerwear

  • Customized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Timeframe

Customers can raise a request for a return or refund within 2 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • ⁠For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days for online payments.
  • Bank processing timelines may vary.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, replacement products will be shipped after verification and approval of the return request.

Refund Rejection

Refunds may be denied if:

  • Product has been used

  • Product is returned without original packaging

  • Damage is caused by misuse or negligence

  • Return request is raised after the return window expires
